Does East Texas Carports offer financing?

Yes. We offer flexible rent-to-own financing, so you don't need a traditional bank loan to get your building installed.

What warranty comes with a steel carport or building?

Every building includes a 1-year maintenance warranty, a 20-year limited paint warranty on Sherwin-Williams® coil coatings, and a no-rust frame warranty of 5 years on 14-gauge or 20 years on 12-gauge steel. With certified anchors and bracing, buildings are rated for 120–140 mph winds.

Can I customize the size, color, and roof style of my building?

Yes — every structure is fully customizable. Use our free online 3D design tool to choose your dimensions, roof style, color, and accessories like roll-up doors, windows, and insulation before you order.

Is delivery and installation really free?

Yes. Free delivery and free installation are included on every carport, garage, barn, and workshop we build — there are no separate crew or freight fees.

How much does a metal carport or building cost?

Pricing depends on size, steel gauge, roof style, and accessories. Design your building online or call a sales expert for a free, no-obligation quote.

Are there carport builders near me who also handle installation?

Yes — East Texas Carports is both the carport builders and the installation crew. We manufacture and install every structure ourselves, never subcontractors, so carport installation near you is handled start to finish by the same team. Free delivery included anywhere within our six-state service area (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi & Kansas).

Where can I find carport sales near me?

You can design and price your building online in minutes, or call our Longview, TX office directly — a local sales expert will confirm current availability and promotions in your area.

Do you build metal RV carports near me?

Yes. In addition to traditional steel carports, we build metal RV carports sized for Class A motorhomes, travel trailers, and boats, with the same free delivery and installation as our other buildings.

How are your metal buildings different from metal building kits?

Metal building kits usually arrive as unassembled steel that you have to put together yourself. Our metal buildings and metal carports are customized to your property, engineered for Texas weather, and installed by our own crew at no extra charge. That includes delivery anywhere in our six-state service area, from Tyler and Houston to Dallas and Austin.

Custom Metal Carports for Prosper and Collin County

Ask anyone in Collin County about the weather and you’ll hear about hail and high wind. Prosper is a fast-growing town with many new HOA neighborhoods, and it sits north of Frisco. Our carports use heavy-gauge galvanized steel and Sherwin-Williams coated panels, built for North Texas weather and the family vehicles, boats, and golf carts you need to keep covered.

Every carport is built to your measurements. Options include side panels, gable ends, extra height, and color-matched trim. We recommend a vertical roof, since its panels shed water and hail debris faster and hold up best in high wind. Most properties here have a slab or driveway to anchor to, and concrete anchors give you the best wind rating.

On a typical Prosper lot, a side-yard or rear carport with color-matched trim fits in cleanly. Before you build, confirm Prosper’s permit rules for a carport. We provide the engineered drawings you’ll need. Our own crews cover Prosper, Celina, Frisco, McKinney, and Little Elm, with free delivery, rent-to-own financing, and a clean job site when we leave.

I had this company erect a 20x20x9 garage style building today. The crew stayed in touch with me for arrival and WAS on time. Three men jumped out of the truck and so much ready to get the job started. So very professional on doing a quality job. Each one knew what to do and was ready for the next move. I'm very picky on quality of work but, they won the challenge. LOL! Pickup/ clean up and walked me though and around the building. Making sure I was very satisfied. This time was GREAT. Wish I knew their name. Now, East Texas Carports, from the being on placing my order and asking questions was so very easy. Provide details and legal documents as needed. Highly recommend this company to ANYONE, even my worst enemy. LOL!!!!!

We recently moved to Texas from Wyoming and needed a shop to store all of our stuff. I found East Texas Carport’s website and designed what we needed using their online tools. They took it from there. First was a quick estimate with a very reasonable price. Next, they contacted me to discuss details and schedule construction. All this this was done long-distance while I was still out of state. Within a short period of time, after I had the foundation done, they notified me that they were ready to begin. The crew showed up as scheduled and they went to work. Within just a few days they had it done, in spite of rainy weather and wind. The crew was very good to work with and clearly experts at what they do. It was amazing to watch them build and put everything together. The building was perfect. Everything was well done, with a lot of attention to detail. Since then, we’ve had numerous compliments on our new shop. If you need a metal building, you can’t go wrong with East Texas Carports!
