Every building includes a 1-year maintenance warranty that covers general leaks, repairs and rust. Frames carry a no-rust warranty of 5 years on 14-gauge steel or 20 years on 12-gauge steel. Sheet metal is coated with Sherwin-Williams paint backed by a 20-year limited paint warranty. With the proper anchors and bracing, buildings are rated for 120 mph winds (14-gauge) or 140 mph winds (12-gauge), and an optional upgraded anchor package adds a 20-year wind warranty. If you live in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas or Mississippi, yes. We are both the manufacturer and the installer, so our own crew delivers and installs your carport or metal building. We never use subcontractors.
