Borger Carports Built to Handle Large Hail and High Wind
Borger is a town of about 12,500 people in Hutchinson County, about 435 miles from our manufacturing plant in Kilgore, Texas. Spring storms bring large hail and strong wind, and one bad storm can total a vehicle left outside. We build each carport from galvanized steel with Sherwin-Williams coated panels, so your cars, trucks and boats stay out of the weather.
Each carport is made to your size. Pick a single, double or RV width, set the leg height, and add enclosed sides or a gable end if you want more cover. We recommend a vertical roof here because it sheds water and debris best and has the strongest wind rating. Concrete gives the strongest hold, but level ground with auger anchors works well on many rural lots.
Check with the City of Borger about permit requirements before you build; we supply engineered drawings for the application. Our crews install throughout Borger and nearby Pampa, Dumas, Spearman and Amarillo. Most installs take a single day, and financing is available.
